If you would like to return a product, please contact us first to request a return authorisation. Returns sent without prior confirmation cannot be processed.

You will receive a full refund for any:

  • Unworn, unused item.

  • Wrong item received in terms of colour, size, or model (evidence required).

  • Item that arrived damaged (evidence required).

  • Order that went missing.

Please note: We do not accept returns on personalised or embroidered items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

  • UK Customers: We now have a UK returns address, which reduces the cost of returning items.
  • US Customers: At the moment, our US warehouse does not process returns. All returns should be sent to our UK warehouse once your return has been approved.

 

Additional Return Conditions

All returns or exchanges must be approved by us before being sent back. Once a return has been agreed, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the original shipping charge is non‑refundable.

Please keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been completed. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the return does not meet the conditions agreed in advance.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and put it right. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
