How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our standard delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. During busy periods or holidays, delivery may take a little longer.

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on your location. Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

Yes, we do! Please note that delivery fees and times may vary slightly.

Can I receive my order by a specific date?

We always do our best to get your order to you quickly. While exact dates can’t be guaranteed, you’ll see estimated delivery times at checkout before completing your purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you haven’t received this email, please contact us at info@oshunlabel.com.

I haven’t received my order – what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details first. If there’s no update or you believe your parcel may be delayed or lost, contact us at info@oshunlabel.com.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they’re unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns require prior approval, so please contact us first for authorisation before sending anything back.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, please email info@oshunlabel.com to request a return authorisation. Returns sent without confirmation cannot be processed. Once approved, you’ll receive full instructions and the correct return address.

Who covers the return postage?

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Please keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange is completed.

Do you accept returns from the US?

Yes. However, our US warehouse currently doesn’t process returns. Once approved, all returns should be sent to our UK warehouse. UK customers can now use a local UK returns address for easier and cheaper returns.

Which items cannot be returned?

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Lingerie sets (for hygiene reasons).
  • Earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned once their packaging or hygiene seal has been opened unless faulty (for hygiene reasons).
  • Personalised or embroidered products, unless damaged or incorrect.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Can I return Lingerie sets?

Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for lingerie sets unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Can I return earrings or body jewellery?

For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned once their packaging or hygiene seal has been opened, unless faulty.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect – what should I do?

Please inspect your order once it arrives and contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue quickly and resolve it with a replacement or refund.

My order included a free gift — do I need to return it?

If you return the main item from a promotional bundle or offer, all related free gifts must be returned too to receive a full refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically completed within 3 business days of receiving the item, with a further 3–5 days for the funds to appear in your account.


For Jewellery Products: Refunds are processed within 10 business days once your return has been inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@oshunlabel.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are typically only possible within 60 minutes of placing your order and before it’s been fulfilled.

Do you offer exchanges or swaps?

Yes! Exchanges are available for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original packaging. Approval is needed before sending anything back. You’ll cover return postage, and the original delivery fee is non-refundable.

What if I ordered the wrong ring size?

We offer exchanges or store credit for incorrect ring sizes, as long as the ring hasn’t been worn. Refunds aren’t available for sizing errors.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of secure payment methods, displayed during checkout. All transactions are processed safely through our payment gateway.

Personalisation

Can I personalise my order?

Absolutely! Many of our styles can be customised with embroidered text (up to 50 characters). Choose your placement (left, centre, or right) before checkout. Please note that personalised pieces are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged.

Can I return or exchange personalised items?

Unfortunately, personalised and embroidered products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Do you offer discounts or voucher codes?
